Kids Heart Challenge with the Heart Association

Kids Heart Challenge is kicking off!  We are learning about heart health and how to help others! Join us by registering online and completing Finn’s Mission to learn about  Hands-Only CPR!  PLUS, you could win NFL Super Bowl 2025 tickets for completing Finn’s Mission!  And, remember, when 50% of our students register online, our school will receive $500 in new PE equipment!  It only takes 3 minutes to sign up.

Bus Information

Student Ridership will be available this fall. All Lee County buses will have Student Ridership terminals installed for the start of the 2023 - 2024 school year. Students will present their ID to the barcode reader as they get on and off the bus, so Lee County staff (and parents) can immediately identify when and where students get on and off the bus.

What is AVID?

Advancement Via Individual Determination

Regardless of our students life circumstances, AVID students will learn to overcome obstacles and achieve success. These students also graduate High School and attend College or a Vocational School at higher rates than students who do not participate in AVID. Most importantly though, our AVID students will learn how to become critical thinkers, collaborate with others and set high expectations for themselves so they will be able to conquer with confidence any challenges that may come there way.
